Registrants are urged to register before 15 March 2013 to obtain the early-bird registration fee and asked to apply using the online registration. The deadline for advance registration is 13 May 2013. Any registration forms received by our office after this date will not be processed until you arrive at ICCS13.
An author of a paper is required to register by 31 March 2013.
If the registration was not made by the date, the paper is not included in the conference proceedings.
All deadline dates are in Japan Standard Time (JST).

The copy of your student ID should be sent to iccs13-reg@ics-inc.co.jp before your registration. Please be advised that student rate will not be applied for adult students with full time job.

From 14 May, On-site Registration will be available at the registration desk during the period of ICCS13. We would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible.

CONFIRMATION
Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk at the conference site to receive the conference materials.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel your participation in the conference, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. All refunds will be made after the conference. (We will make a deduction of bank handling charge from the amount to be paid back.)
*However, if you are the author of the papers included in the conference proceedings, your registration fee will not be refunded.
When written notice of cancellation received:
Until 28 February 2013: Full refund
1 March through 20 April 2013: 50% of the registration fee
From April 21 2013 : 100% of the registration fee (No refund)
